Rachel graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at UMD in 2008 with a degree in Operations Management. She works as a Client Manager for CargoTel, a logistics system provider headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Her role involves project management, operational consultation and analysis, external and internal training, as well as testing releases for their customizable web-based system.
