Matt Stout is an entrepreneur lawyer with a business law practice 100% focused on representing company founders from start up to sale. Matt has owned several businesses. He took lots of risks. He pursued opportunities. Some of those failed miserably and he took some big lumps. Others did well and were sold. Those lessons were not taught in law school. Matt is an anomaly: he is wired to be an entrepreneur but trained to be a lawyer. This means he’s more likely to have his foot on the gas than the brake. Like all good people, Matt hates the old hourly-billing model that shackles less creative lawyers.
