Jon Payne fell in love with the internet circa 1996, hand coding his first websites in Notepad and hosting them for free on Tripod, Angelfire and Geocities. Today, Jon Payne is the President of Ephricon Web Marketing, an internet marketing agency founded in Baltimore in 2003. The agency now has two locations and 10 employees, helping roughly 50 clients to improve their online marketing efforts through a focus on inbound marketing.
