In his current role as Vice President of Operations for Performance Horizon, Charlie is responsible for setting the strategic direction of PHG, developing and managing the US product roadmap, and translating high-level product strategy into specific functional requirements and operational plans.

Previously, Charlie worked for AOL and Advertising.com. He also speaks regularly at various events around the world on digital marketing and is a member of the Affiliate Summit Advisory Board and the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
